SOUTH BEND, Ind. — South Bend police are investigating after a man was shot early Thursday morning.
Officers were called to the 1300 block of East Calvert just after 5 A.M.
Police say the victim was getting to leave for work when he was approached by two men.
The man was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police tell us they believe it is an attempted robbery. Officers say nothing was stolen from the home.
