South Bend neighborhood to host back-to-school block party

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Students are heading back to school and one South Bend neighborhood wants to help them get ready.
It's a back to school block party. Families can enjoy food, games, live music and even a uniform exchange.
The party is Saturday on West Jefferson. It kicks off at 3 p.m. and everyone is welcome.
