SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department announced the arrest of 33-year-old Pedro Diego on Wednesday morning.

The SJCSP says Diego was wanted for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child less than 16, Domestic Battery, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.

"Our Warrants Team found Diego in the 2400 block of Hollywood Place in South Bend," the SJCPD said. "He was hiding in a room within the garage. He was arrested without incident."
