Shipshewana man charged for weapon and drug possession

SHIPSHEWANA, Ind. -- A Michiana felon is behind bars.
Police say they found him with a gun and a Chinese throwing star. Twenty-eight-year-old James Ibbotson from Shipshewana was arrested late Monday.
Officers say when they showed up at his home in LaGrange County to serve a warrant. They found an active meth lab, other drugs, and weapons.
Ibbotson is currently facing several felony charges. Another man at the home was also arrested.
