Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Indiana Republican Senator Jim Banks hosted the 4th annual Northeast Indiana Defense Summit Wednesday.
One of the featured speakers was Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth.
Hegseth shared his vision for changing the Department of War, the armed forces and what goals President Trump has for the military during his time in office.
Hegseth and other top military officials also shared why Indiana is a focal point of national defense, with a critical naval base in southern Indiana.
