CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach reports that Detectives with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office have arrested an individual in connection with the fatal hit and run reported on May 24th.

Cass County Detectives and Deputies have spent countless hours investigating the incident to try and bring closure to Timothy Johnson’s family and friends. The individual’s name is being withheld pending arraignment. Sheriff Clint Roach would like to thank the citizens of Cass, VanBuren, and Berrien Counties who allowed them to view video footage and provide information about this investigation.

The investigation continues and the Sheriff’s office asks that anyone with information about this case or any other case contact the Sheriff’s office at 269-445-2481.
