Seal coating begins on S.R. 331 July 18

Photo courtesy: Indiana Department of Transportation MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – A section of S.R. 331 will be closed beginning July 18 for scrub seal coating work, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced.
S.R. 331 will be closed between S.R. 25 and U.S. 30.
The work is scheduled to take approximately four days, weather permitting.
The official detour will follow S.R. 110, U.S. 31, and U.S. 30.
The seal coating is done to prevent damage to roadways and vehicles.
The treatment should extend the life of the pavement by three to five years.
