SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is asking the public's help in locating 18-year-old Katherine Norris, who was reported as a missing person.

Norris, who has a cognitive delay and may need assistance, was last seen on Monday night at a residence near Southeast Park in South Bend.

Norris is described as 5'6", 170 pounds with brown, curly hair and blue eyes.

She is believed to be wearing a hoodie, pants, and beanie, although specific colors are unknown.
