SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Saint Joseph County and the rest of Michiana should get a break from the oppressive heat tomorrow but Sunday should bring a return of the 90s with humidity surging again as well. ABC57 Meteorologist Dave Caulfield was able to talk to Kristen Sikorski-Conklin who is the St. Joseph County 4H Fair Board President.
