Rain will reenter the region this evening. Most will see raindrops begin after 6 PM tonight. Rain could be heavy at times overnight and it will be windy with temperatures staying above freezing in the upper 30s. After a break Thursday morning, another round of showers will move through Thursday afternoon. Highs will make it into the middle 40s Thursday. Rain will changeover to snow Thursday night, with some lake-effect snow showers possible Friday morning. Any accumulations should be limited to grassy surfaces and will be an inch or less. Winter is back starting on Friday, with highs in the lower to middle 30s with some more snow showers later this weekend. Highs could fall into the 20s for the last week of January, as our above-normal temperature streak finally comes to an end.

Tomorrow: Cloudy with rain developing by the afternoon. High 46. Snow could mix in at night.
