Road construction closes 20 bypass ramp

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- The ramp onto the 20 bypass at U.S. 31 is temporarily closed.
Crews are working on the damaged pavement there.
They said last week's high temperatures caused the problems.
Work should be wrapped up sometime Tuesday afternoon.
