Road closures set to begin on E. Edgar Ave and E. Lowell Ave

City of Mishawaka MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- HRP Construction is set to close both E. Edgar Ave and E. Lowell Ave just east of N. Main Street in three phases beginning on Monday Oct. 21st. for utility installations.
Crews are set to begin on Edgar Avenue and will be followed by the closure and construction of Lowell Avenue.
After the first two phases are completed, Lowell Avenue will be closed just east of the Taper Lock Credit Union entrance, in order to allow access to the bank during the entirety of this project.
The work, weather permitting, is expected to be completed by Nov. 1.
