Prosecutors seek more charges against Holmes

AURORA, Colo. -- Even more charges may be ahead for the man suspected of killing 12 people in the Colorado movie theater shooting.
James Holmes, 24, is expected to be in court for a motions hearing Thursday morning. Prosecutors filed a motion to add 10 charges to the 142 he already faces.
They've also asked to amend 17 of the existing charges. Holmes is accused of opening fire at a midnight showing of the latest batman movie in Aurora back in July.
Twelve people were killed 58 injured.
