Power goes out at South Bend intersection

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend intersection went dark for a bit on Monday morning.
Drivers at Bendix and Boland Drives had to stop and go due to a stop light outage.
Power crews were on the scene when we got there. Then the lights were back on and flashing shortly after.
