Zoo hours will be from 2-9 p.m. on Oct. 18-19 and 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. on Oct. 20.
Regular admission to Zoo Boo is $12 per person, with children under the age of 2 getting free entry. Zoo members will receive a 50 percent discount for admission to Zoo Boo.

“This is one of our favorite Zoo events every year, and it’s a great opportunity for families and children to enjoy the Zoo in a different way,” says Josh Sisk, executive director of the Potawatomi Zoo. “It’s a little different every year, which makes it even more fun, but as always, we’ll have trick or treat stations, great photo ops, and fun activities like pumpkin bowling, food vendors, the Haunted Train, and giraffe feeding.”
All paid admission will receive a ticket to trick or treat around the Treat Trail. The Zoo encourages those attending to bring their own bag to put candy in, in an effort to be more environmentally friendly.
After 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, the Zoo Boo will open The Haunted Train, a train ride with lights and scary actors. The Zoo states that this might not be a suitable for all ages.
Other Zoo Boo attractions will include the carousel and feeding the giraffes.
All attraction tickets will cost $3, or visitors can use Zoo Attraction Passes.
Costumes are encouraged for both children and adults, but no full-face masks are allowed for visitors 15 and older.
Zoo Boo will have many local food vendors such as Knights of Columbus, Keim's Elephant Ears, Randy's Kettle Korn, Professor Butterbeer, Sugar Rush, Dippin Dots, Tom's Coffee, and The Lodge will be open with State Fair donuts, hot dogs, hot drinks, sandwiches, and more.
