
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Potawatomi Zoo will open for the season on Friday and will be open for regular hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily in March, April, May, September, and October.
Zoo officials say from June 1 to Aug. 31, the hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Potawatomi Zoo Express Train and Endangered Species Carousel will be open during the 2025 season.
Officials say the giraffe feeding will again be one of the zoo’s daily scheduled attractions from 10:30 a.m. to one hour before closing.
Giraffe feeding will be on the outdoor giraffe deck or inside the giraffe barn visitor center during inclement weather.
The Lodge and Farmhouse Café concessions will be open daily, and The Lodge has a full menu including visitor favorites and adult beverages.
The Farmhouse Café has snacks, drinks, and adult beverages.
Admission is $14 for adults, $12 for children ages 3-14 and seniors 62 and up, and free for children 2 and under.
Potawatomi Zoological Society members are admitted free of charge during regular hours and extended summer hours.
