Police: Water bottle cause of 4-car U.S. 20 crash

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Police say a water bottle is the cause of a crash on the bypass.

Four cars crashed after one of the drivers said he tried to grab his water bottle while behind the wheel. Traffic was backed up for about a mile on U.S. 20 at the Ironwood exit Wednesday night.

At the scene we were told no one was seriously hurt.
