PLYMOUTH, Ind. — Plymouth Community Schools announced Wednesday that their SAT scores are on the rise for both E.L.A and math.
EBRW (evidence based reading and writing) scores came in at 62%, 6% higher than the state average and 6% higher than the same test in 2024.
Math proficiency tested at 38%, short of the school system’s 40% goal, but improved by 8% from the year prior.
The school credits their math increase to the prior year’s revamp of the math curriculum.
While numbers have improved, teachers and staff aren’t satisfied with the increases, and hope to see more growth in the 2025-2026 school year.
