GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – A man is facing a peeping charge after a girl spotted a cellphone recording in the restroom of a sandwich shop.
The 14-year-old told her father that she found a phone that was recording, perched up on a light above the toilet.
Her father, Quantez Phillips, told the restaurant staff and later posted a Facebook Live, warning people to be aware of their surroundings.
20-year-old Brandyn Rosa was released Monday on a $10,000 bond.
