Patrick Industries, LCI Industries ELKHART, Ind. -- Two local giants of the RV industry are considering a merger.
A press release from Patrick Industries announced that the company and LCI Industries are discussing a potential merger of equals. Currently, the two companies are still in discussion, and there are no guarantees a merger will materialize. Patrick says it won't make more comments until either an agreement is reached or talks have ended.
