Passenger turns tables on a TSA agent
FORT MEYERS, Fla. -- A passenger upset with the way a TSA agent searched her turned the tables on TSA agent.
And now, she's in trouble with the law.
Carol Price felt she was inppropriately touched at a security check-point at the Fort Myers, Fla. airport. so, she aggressively patted down another TSA agent herself.
"It was a customer complaint of a completely inappropriate search. She didn't touch the supervisor as intrusively as she was touch," John Mills, Price's defense attorney, said.
Instead of making a point, Price was charged with misdeamanor battery.
The TSA says it will not toerlate assaults against its workforce. The TSA says that Price's search "was codnucted according to established protocols."
