SOUTH BEND, Ind. - An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in South Bend Tuesday morning.
The shooting happened around 9 a.m. in front of a home on the corner of Pulaski Street and Dubail Avenue.
Family members identified the victim as 18-year-old Lamar Foster.
Witnesses said several people attempted CPR on Foster after he was shot.
Police say they have detained a person they call a possible suspect.
Foster's cousin says two people have been taken into custody.
"They have the two suspects in custody. He got shot three times in the back and once in the head," said Antwan Burdette, Foster's cousin.
