LAGRANGE, Ind. — The LaGrange County 4H Fair kicked off Saturday with games, plenty of livestock showcases and sideshow events. Some of the fan-favorites include Wiggy, the water skiing squirrel. Our team was told the Bess family has been running the show for 48 years, and just recently passed the show on to the next generation. Several 4H events began today, including the sheep competition. Another fan-favorite is the high-dive event, featuring a daredevil who jumps more than 80 feet into a pool below. The week is capped off with a special concert featuring Leanna Crawford on Friday at 7 p.m. For tickets or fair information, Visit.
