One man injured in Elkhart shooting on Stamp Dr.

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart Police are investigating a shooting that injured one man in the 600 block of Stamp Drive Tuesday night.

This shooting occurred just before 10 p.m. When officers arrived, they found the 33-year-old victim with an apparent gunshot wound inside the home. 

First aid was given, and the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment non-life-threatening injuries. 

This is still an active, on-going investigation.
