Person found with gunshot wound on Albert Avenue

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- One person is injured after being found with a gunshot wound on South Albert Avenue.
Police were called to the 400 block of S. Albert just off of Western Avenue around 11:45 p.m. Monday.
