SOUTH BEND, In. - Amid nation-wide protests and a larger discussion of racial inequality, a few companies announced they're changing brands based on racial stereotypes, including Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben's, Eskimo Pie and Cream of Wheat.
James O'Rourke is a professor of management at Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. He specializes in reputation management and business communications, and says this is long overdue.
