NIPSCO to close part of Tulip Road for installation under train tracks

Google Earth NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- NIPSCO announced it plans to close Tulip Road between U.S. 20 and Edison Road in New Carlisle to install new facilities along Tulip Road under the railroad tracks north of Edison Road.
Officials expect work to begin Friday, Oct. 4, and be completed by Friday, Oct. 18, weather permitting.
Officials will release updates on progress and changes in schedule when/if they occur.
