A 2012 Dodge Ram driven by  47-year-old Nathaniel Goffinet of Lakeville, Ind., was traveling east on U.S. HWY, 6 approaching the intersection of U.S. HWY 6 and C.R. 25.

Both drivers were transported to area hospitals in South Bend and Elkhart. Goffinet was taken to Memorial Hospital from leg pain.

The driver of the Sentra was transported to Elkhart General with complaints of chest and neck pain. A passenger riding in the Sentra was taken to the same hospital due to chest pain.
