ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Parks invites the community to attend Feature Grain Day at Bonneyville Mill Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will include grinding demonstrations and baked samples.

Each Feature Grain Day event highlights unique grains for the 2025 grinding season.

Blue Popcorn is the featured grain for June.

Organizers say Blue Popcorn Cornmeal has a unique flavor and is great for making cornbread and muffins.

The resulting flour and meal will be a limited-edition product available for a short time.

The event is free, and the program is open to all ages. Registration is not required.
