Habitat for Humanity breaks ground on new homes in Elkhart
St Joseph County Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened Tuesday afternoon in the 52000 block of SR 933 in St. Joseph County.
The crash happened around 1:30 p.m.
FACT investigators say a red car, driven by 61-year-old Sharron Woods,reportedly crossed the center line, clipped a van, then struck a gray car head on.
Woods was pronounced dead at the scene while her passenger, 41-year-old Delilah McAfee, later died at the hospital.
The driver of the gray car, a 22-year-old woman, was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
FACT has ruled out speed, drugs and alcohol as factors in the crash.
