BUCHANAN, Mich. -- In what was about as close to a "must win" game for both teams, Buchanan emerged victorious with a 44-13 win.
Max Cornelius had a stellar night, including a passing touchdown, and a rushing touchdown.
After the game, Bucks’ head coach Nick File said “I’m so darn proud of these guys, we refocused, we recalibrated, we looked at what needed to happen, and my leaders stepped up and made it happen, and I’m so proud of all these boys. Great game, proud of every single kid on this football team.”
Buchanan goes on the road next week against Dowagiac, and Bremen takes on Knox at home.
