Multiple people arrested after chaotic traffic stop
ELKHART, Ind. -- Several people were arrested after a traffic stop became chaotic when a second vehicle stopped and its occupants attempted to interfere, according to Elkhart Police.

The driver, identified as Angela Sims, did not have a license and had an outstanding warrant, police said.
Her front seat passenger was identified as Lee Sims. The back seat passenger gave a false name and was later identified as Christopher Coleman, police said.

Bluntson walked up to the driver’s door of the Malibu and refused to step back when the officer asked her to, reports said.

Verner stopped the vehicle and was taken into custody.
No officers or police vehicles were struck.
