Moped accident kills Marshall County man

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A Marshall County man is dead after he hit a farm fence post on his moped.
It happened on 19th Street around 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening.
Jack Moriarty of Argos was not wearing a helmet when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a farm fence post.
The 46-year-old was killed instantly after he was ejected from the bike.
Toxicology reports are pending.
