Right-of-way improvements to disrupt traffic in Mishawaka this week

SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. --West Seventh Street, between West and Spring Streets, will be closed for utility and right-of-way improvements beginning July 16. 

This will be phase two of several subsequent phases for construction through 2024, and this closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, Sept. 13, depending on weather. 

Signage and barricades will be in place during the closure, and motorists are requested to use caution in order to ensure the crews are safe while working in the area.
