NOW: Michiana school districts working to attract teachers back to the classroom

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Statewide there are more than 3000 job openings posted on the Indiana Department of Education Website.

ABC57’s Jackie Bauer is looking into how the shortage is impacting some local districts, while others shared how they were able to keep their staff coming back.
