The heatwave is over, the showers and storms are not
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- On the night of the Michigan Primary Election democratic nominee for Indiana Governor Jennifer McCormick made a stop in Michiana.
Holding a Town Hall at the Mishawka-Penn-Harris public library, McCormick spoke on the importance of education.
"We need to make sure we are mandating kids go to kindergarten instead of waiting until they are seven years old, and then also looking at the other end of things post high school and saying you have to have something post high school, whether it's a two-year, four years plus or that is a skilled trade, but you have to have something." stated McCormick.
Democratic candidate for Indiana House District Heidi Beidinger was also in attendance in support of McCormick who faces the current U.S. Senator and republican nominee Mike Braun this November.
