Man hospitalized after crashing car in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. -- A young man is recovering after his car ran off the road in Elkhart.
It happened just before 11:30 Thursday night on Greenleaf Boulevard, just west of Rock Court.
Police say after his car ran off the road he hit four mailboxes a tree, utility pole and several trash cans.
Medics took the 18-year-old to Memorial Hospital.
