Man arrested for Child Solicitation at Holiday Inn Express

GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Goshen Police Department reports an officers responded to the Holliday Inn Express at 1415 Lincolnway East around 6:33 p.m. on Aug. 2 after a group known as Bikers Against Predators reported a 57-year-old man was talking with a 6-year-old girl in an attempt to have sexual intercourse.

Police arrived to find the man, identified as Mario Nino Sabatini.

Authorities then asked if he'd be willing to be interviewed at the police station.

Sabatini agreed and was read his Miranda Rights. He was then given his Pyrtle Warning and asked if police may search his cell phone, to which he consented.

When asked what he was doing at the hotel, Sabatini said he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl named, "Gabby."

Police say he acknowledged Gabby was 13 and continued to engage in conversation with her.

Sabatini then admitted he had intentions to meet with Gabby to have her observe him performing oral sex to another man.

Sabatini explained to police that later in their conversation, he sent photos of sex toys telling Gabby that he will use them on her in various ways.

During the interview Sabatini stated multiple times that he knew he was wrong for communicating with Gabby, knowing that she's 13.
