Major crash at U.S. 12 and Fir Road disrupts traffic Monday afternoon

Photos by Kathy Uebler MILTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office and Michigan State Police are responding to a damaging crash between four vehicles at the intersection of U.S. 12 and Fir Road Monday afternoon.
Police and first responders were yet to arrive on scene at 3:30 p.m., but the CCSO confirmed the crash and said more information would be released as it is available.
As of 3:45 p.m., motorists are asked to avoid the area and seek other routes.
