SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The annual Holtz's Heroes Foundation reunion weekend brings dozens of former players back to South Bend, from Rocket to Reggie, and Bolcar to Zorich, all in town to reminisce and catch up with their coach, Lou Holtz.
At 87 Holtz has admittedly slowed down significantly, using a walker and prioritizing rest when he needs it, but he's still sharp as a tack.
ABC57 Kickoff's Allison Hayes had the chance to sit down with Holtz for an exclusive conversation.
And in true Lou fashion, he didn't hold back.
