Lakeside Beach closed Thursday due to E. coli contamination

Syracuse Department of Parks and Recreation SYRACUSE, Ind. -- The Kosciusko County Health Department has informed the Syracuse Department of Parks and Recreation that, due to high E. coli counts, Lakeside Beach is temporarily closed Thursday.
Officials say the water will be tested daily until the E. Coli levels are safe and they can reopen the beach.
