Jesse Lottie found guilty for the December 2020 FACT crash

SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. --After a jury trial on March 8, 2024, Jesse Lottie was found guilty on all counts for the December 2, 2020, crash, that killed 18-year-old Elizabeth Johnson, and 19-year-old Clayton McClish.
Mr. Lottie is found guilty on the following counts:
Count I: Resisting Law Enforcement, a Level 3 Felony.
Count II: Resisting Law Enforcement, a Level 3 Felony.
Count III: Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Causing Death, a Level 4 Felony.
County IV: Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Causing Death, a Level 4 Felony.
Count V: Carrying a Handgun Without a License, Misdemeanor.
Mr. Lottie will be sentenced on April 12, 2024.
