Ireland Road paving complete, additional work nearing finish

City of South Bend SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A major road project in South Bend is nearing completion.
The city announced that paving on Ireland Road is now complete. Permanent pavement markings will be complete by next week.
Officials also say a new traffic signal with a dedicated left-turn arrow will be installed at the intersection of Ireland Road and Fellows Street.
