Buena Vista County Jail: William Cramer SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Documents from the Iowa District Court for Buena Vista County reveal the former South Bend teacher, 39-year-old William Cramer, had allegedly been messaging a person who he thought was a 15-year-old girl.
Court documents reveal on March 25, around 10:42 a.m., Cramer knowingly communicated over Secret, a dating app, before later switching to texting after exchanging phone numbers with who he thought was a teenage girl.

Cramer is charged with Grooming and Enticing a Minor Under the Age of 16 and is being housed in the Buena Vista County Jail in Iowa.
Cramer has since been fired from his position at Washington High School by the South Bend Community School Corporation.
