Indiana lawmakers considering additional settlement for state fair victims

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indiana lawmakers could ask for an additional $4 million for victims of last summer's stage collapse at the state fair.

Seven people died and 58 others were hurt last August. The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee stated he may introduce this new legislation by the end of the week.

The additional money would go towards medical costs. The state has already paid out $5 million to victims.
