CASS COUTNY, Mich. -- A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be set up to give out complimentary gift cards to those receiving free vaccinations at the Cass County Fair.

In association with the Van Buren Cass District Health Department, this clinic will be set up at the commercial building on the fairgrounds to offer the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson versions of the vaccine.

The walk-in clinic hours will be Monday through Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. and August 6 and 7 from noon to 7 p.m.

A limited amount of people who receive a shot will be given a Visa gift card on a first come, first serve basis.

Those 18 and older can receive a $50 gift card and kids between the ages of 12 and 17 can receive a $25 gift card.

Minors are also limited to receiving only the Pfizer version of the vaccine.

Again, the number of gift cards that can be handed out is limited and cannot be guaranteed for everyone receiving a shot at the Cass County Fair.
