Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
GOSHEN, Ind. -- Goshen Police confirmed they were called to the 3200 block of Elkhart Road around 12:15 p.m. after human remains were found in a culvert.
The call came around noon on Wednesday, June 12.
Police say the Elkhart County Homicide Unit has been called in to investigate and they are working to identify the body.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, June 13.
There's no further information at this time.
