ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, August 24, 2024
Our heat wave begins tomorrow! The heat and humidity will be oppressive through much of the coming week with minimal rain chances as well. Tonight will be muggy and warm in the upper 60s with partly cloudy skies. Sunday will be back in the 90s with higher humidity and partly cloudy skies developing in the afternoon. Monday and Tuesday will be the hottest days in the mid 90s. Tuesday could even reach the upper 90s given our lack of rain/dry ground. It will feel like the upper 90s Monday, then into the 100s on Tuesday. A small chance of rain and storms exist Monday night/Tuesday morning, but a better chance of rain comes Wednesday through Friday afternoons but coverage stays pretty isolated to scattered. Heat looks to break by this coming weekend.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and humid. Low 68.
Sunday: Hot, partly cloudy and muggy. High 92.
Monday: Hot, partly cloudy and muggy. High 94.
Tuesday: Very hot and humid. High 96.
