Homicide Unit investigating after man found dead behind Elkhart restaurant

ELKHART, Ind.—The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating after a man was found dead behind a restaurant on July 8.

Investigators said that David Grant, 37, was found dead behind the Cracker Barrel restaurant at 110 Northpointe Boulevard on Wednesday morning.

Officials believe Grant had been out riding his bike.

At the time of this writing, police said they did not know what caused his death.

Autopsy results did not show anything related to criminal or foul play.
