A messy morning ahead, but the week ends on a sunnier note
Scattered showers and storms lasts through the morning hours with another round moving in this afternoon/evening. A couple storms could be strong with gusty winds and small hail. The bigger concern is heavy rain leading to flooding and standing water on the roadways. Take extra time driving through today. Showers lasts through noon on Friday. Some places will likely see rainfall totals over 3” of rain. We finally have brighter skies on Saturday.
Today: Showers and thunderstorms likely, high of 73.
Tonight: Showers and a couple of thunderstorms, low of 65.
Friday: Showers likely through noon, high of 70.
Saturday: Sunny, high of 72.
